Questions and Answers (FAQ)

Hold your unlocked smartphone close to the area on the product that is specially marked for activation. Using NFC technology – familiar from contactless payments – your smartphone communicates directly with the product and automatically opens a pop-up to access the bonus content in your phone’s default browser.
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a technology that allows data to be transferred wirelessly over a very short distance of just a few centimeters between your smartphone and the product containing digital bonus content. A simple tap or bringing your phone close to the marked spot on the product is enough to access exclusive bonus content – no app required, quick and secure.
For iPhone (from model XS onwards):

    Unlock the device
Hold the top part of your iPhone over the marked chip
Tap the notification on the screen – the browser opens automatically

ℹ️ Older iPhones (e.g. iPhone 7/8) may require an NFC app from the App Store.

    For Android devices:

Make sure NFC is enabled in the settings (usually under “Connections” or “Wireless & Networks”)
Hold your smartphone over the marked area
If prompted, select your preferred browser – and you’re ready to go

📌 Note: On some devices (e.g. Samsung) the NFC sensor is located in the middle of the phone – on others it may be near the camera.
iPhone: The NFC sensor is typically located at the top edge. Hold the top of your iPhone close to the center of the marked spot on the product.

Samsung & many Android devices: The sensor is usually located either in the middle on the back or near the camera. Hold your phone against the marked spot accordingly.
Ideally, your phone should already be unlocked (especially with Samsung devices). The camera is not used – this is not like scanning a QR code.

Hold the device directly against the marked spot – if it does not work immediately, try without a protective case. A pop-up will automatically appear on your smartphone, enabling you to open the content in your default browser (see also the video presentation above).
No, the bonus content opens automatically in your phone’s default browser.
Check whether NFC is enabled in the settings. Sometimes a thick case or too much distance prevents recognition.

Position the phone correctly – for iPhone at the top, for Samsung usually in the middle of the back or near the camera. Ideally, the device should be unlocked.
